Why are the mixing instructions on my Gelmix jar different than the website?

We recently updated to new IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet) labeling standards. The new Gelmix labels are currently in circulation and the instructions are updated on the website & print documents. Our previously labeled Gelmix jars are based on the National Dysphagia Diet "half-nectar" & "nectar" labeling, which are a bit thinner than the newly adopted IDDSI recipes. While these labels are no longer manufactured, they are still sold at some stores. We expect the previous label to be completely phased out by March 2019.
